Part-time or Full-time (Negotiable)

Mt. Olive Missionary Church is seeking a spiritually mature Worship Leader. The primary responsibilities of the Worship Leader include: 

• Overseeing the music and worship team
• Planning the weekly blended worship service
• Leading the weekly worship service from an instrument
• Possessing good relational and musical skills
• Having a good grasp of the biblical definitions of worship
• Helping grow the musical and vocal talent

This person will also help lead growth in outreach to the community. This position has the potential to grow into a combo pastoral position based on the candidate’s spiritual gifting and calling. This person must be able to work in a team environment with the church staff and leadership.
